How I keep the weight off (Practical example) π₯¬πΆπΎ♂️πͺπΎπ₯ππ§ - The Pandemic Push-Up
Here's a recent upload from the Pandemic Push-Up YouTube channel. In the above video, I share an example of how I approach food on a glum day when the weather isn't great. In the past, it would've been the perfect day to grab takeout for brunch, but on this day, we chose to save a little $ and use items in the pantry to create a relatively healthy brunch of waffles, eggs, sausage and fruit. It's a practical example of how my #gradualweightloss journey has changed the way I approach food.
Another cool aspect of the journey has been working out at home. I haven't held a gym membership since the summer of 2020! I work out at home for about 30-40 minutes daily and include outdoor movement when possible. In my recent blog post, "No Gym Required" I reflect on how the combination of good nutrition and convenient home-based workouts have been a game changer for me.
